Initial Naturopathic Medicine Intake Appointment
In the first visit we will discuss your health concerns in greater detail with a thorough medical history. Taking a root cause approach may look like performing physical exams, completing diagnostic assessments or laboratory tests. While addressing other root cause factors pertaining to health and well-being.
Thorough medical intake, diagnostic assessments, and/or lab tests may be recommended. A treatment protocol is established for short and long term health concerns.
Our Cancellation Policy is as follows:
Patients who provide 24 hours notice or less will be charged the full amount of the missed appointment.
Additionally, any missed appointments with no notice will be charged the full rate of the appointment fee. Appointments canceled more than 24 hours before the scheduled time will not incur any cancellation fees.
