Refund policy

Within 15 days of receipt Thrive Urban Wellness offer returns, refunds or exchanges for products if they are unused, in their original packaging.  A restocking fee may be applied.

Products showing signs of misuse or alterations due to improper use, are ineligible.

Items on sale, discounted and/or promotional items are final sale and not eligible for refunds, exchange or returned for credit. 

Thrive Urban Wellness places extreme care into packaging products for shipping. However, if shipped products arrive damaged, please email us within (5) days of receiving the package with photos of the damage and a replacement will be mailed out at no charge. 

Gift cards purchased are not eligible for refunds, or returned for credit.
