Changes and cancellations are available until 24 hours before your appointment. Changes and cancellations within 24 hours are not available online and require an email or phone call to reception.
Notification of cancellations in 24 hours before your appointment will result in a 100% of the service fee to be added to your account.
Please understand that the therapists only get paid when they provide a treatment so a cancellation or missed appointment leaves a space in the therapists day that could have been available for another patient.

Are your products organic?
Thrive has a strict vetting process when sourcing products. Products are purchased with your well-being in mind, and as much as we value the quality of what is in a product, we equally care about what’s not in it; curating a collection of wellness items free from harmful and toxic ingredients is paramount.
Although some may fall under the category of organic, Thrive’s remedies are believed to help transform your everyday routines into meaningful rituals.
In addition, Thrive sources from local, small businesses as much as possible.
