Walk and Talk Therapy
Many people enjoy incorporating therapy sessions with body movement. Get some fresh air while incorporating the elements/benefits of nature and physical exercise into your healing process. This allows the client to access support in a more casual (and covid friendly) environment.
Get comfy, bring the dog or baby stroller (under 1 year old) along. Whatever makes you feel the most comfortable!
Our Cancellation Policy is as follows:
Patients who provide 24 hours notice or less will be charged the full amount of the missed appointment.
Additionally, any missed appointments with no notice will be charged the full rate of the appointment fee. Appointments canceled more than 24 hours before the scheduled time will not incur any cancellation fees.
