Follow Up Naturopathic Medicine Appointment
Continued support is provided in the progress of your health journey and to keep you motivated towards the path to success. Follow up visits may consist of monitoring your symptoms, reviewing blood work results or providing any adjustments or new recommendations in your treatment plan.
We aim to build a strong foundation of health from the ground up, and address all aspects of health.
This treatment requires having completed the initial patient intake appointment.
Our Cancellation Policy is as follows:
Patients who provide 24 hours notice or less will be charged the full amount of the missed appointment.
Additionally, any missed appointments with no notice will be charged the full rate of the appointment fee. Appointments canceled more than 24 hours before the scheduled time will not incur any cancellation fees.
