A Bit About Me

Danielle is a Registered Social Worker in good standing with the Ontario College of Social Workers and Social Service workers. She is also a member of the Ontario Association of Social Workers and has obtained her Social Work Degree from Dalhousie University in Halifax, Nova Scotia.
Additionally, she holds a University Degree in Psychology & English from Saint Mary’s University.

Danielle has a passion for helping others find their inner strength & true potential. Danielle strives to work collectively and holistically from a trauma informed, anti-oppressive & non-judgemental framework to explore the various “parts” of yourself that have developed throughout your life to unveil how they are manifesting in your life here in the present moment.

In Session, Danielle will help you to gently explore the life experiences that have shaped you into the person you are today. Compassionately and alongside, Danielle will guide you to uncover the best version of yourself that you have envisioned for your life. Danielle strives to always use modalities in her practice that best-suit your own, personalized needs to create a custom therapeutic experience. Danielle is experienced and certified in a variety of modalities such as Cognitive Behavioral Therapy, Internal Family Systems, Dialectical Behavior therapy, Mindfulness, Breath Work and much more. Danielle believes in creating a custom-hybrid psychotherapy treatment plan to help you (The author in your own life) to discover your truest potential in order to uncover how the next chapter in your life- journey will emerge. She encourages and commends anyone brave enough to find the strength it takes to reach out for more support in their lives so that you can continue to show up for yourself and the people you care about.
