Our Cancellation Policy
Registered Massage Therapists are health care professionals committed to assisting you to restore and maintain your optimal health and pain-free function of your body. They are educated and trained to accurately assess and treat with hands-on techniques that include massage and manual therapy, joint mobilizations, hydrotherapy, and rehabilitative exercise.
Our Cancellation Policy is as follows:
Patients who provide 24 hours notice or less will be charged the full amount of the missed appointment.
Additionally, any missed appointments with no notice will be charged the full rate of the appointment fee. Appointments canceled more than 24 hours before the scheduled time will not incur any cancellation fees.
